The cap for my reservoir is broken and the tank is going to break if I look at it hard enough. I’ve been checking out replacements, average price is $100 for just the res. Only cap I found was through a person well known on this forum and who I would not buy from for 40 sum bucks. I was recently working on a CAT mini excavator and noticed the coolant reservoir. I said “hey this thing is made in Japan, what’re the chances the reservoirs are made with the same mounting style.” By gosh, sure enough, mounts right in! The res is not an exact match, but close. And there’s Japanese writing on it

Tank with the cap is only 43 bucks. The purge hose is smaller but no big deal.
Get it from your local cat dealer. Might be able to order it online from parts.cat.com
