Hi,im building a toyota base buggy using diamond 9.5" housing and 12k hummer H1 outers, trying to decide whether to use the 60/80 series 30 splines or the 100 series 32 splines, arb locker, will run 40 or 41" treps, how much stronger wil the 32 splines be?
axle shafts will be custom RCVor branick.

Please tell us more... engine-trans-gearing etc. Sticky tires. Looks like a lot of tire for either axle.

The portals reduce the amount of stress on the diffs & axle shafts......

@simonliew a LOT of moon buggies in the US southwest are running the 8" toyota diffs with the Hummer/JHF portal boxes with good success. Now most of these rigs are crawling, not bashing/rock bouncing/hill killing for the most part. Your use case could change things. 32 spline axles will be stronger for sure, the internet says they are 1.8mm larger diameter than the 30 spline axles. Because you are going custom from the get-go, I would go with the largest you can, so why not go 35 spline? Tech Tim formerly with ARB used to sell 35 spline side gears for the 9.5" ARB lockers, not sure if he still does.

One thing to consider, I think when using the 2 gear hummer portals you have to flip the diff upside down. So you'll be running the 9.5" diffs as "high pinion". Not sure if that affects oiling for long term longevity in a rig that isn't used just as a dedicated crawler.

Right now I’m using a 92 Toyota 1kzte coupled to A340 and northwest fab eco box to np205,driver drop front,Landcruiser 9.5” 3.70 gears.41” bias trees.
Any body know the 3.70 ring and pinion from the 60 series will fit with the 100 series arb air locker?
