5sp to 20r?

Can I put a 5ps behind a 20r? Any specific recommendations? I did a search but wasn't successul. Thanks.

My 78 mini came stock with a 5spd behind the 20r.

Funny, someone on another site I'm on is looking for the same info...

It looks like there is L45/50/52 5 speed that will bolt up.... But no for sure firsthand info yet....

My '79 4x4 has a 4sp. I didn't think they came with 5sp.

my 79 came with a 4 speed but put in a L52 5speed direct bolt up but you have to change to a newer slave cly
