A few months back Luke sent me an email from someone at 4WPs about our interest in joining their "Club Rewards Program". Well, I put it off a bit, then they changed personal, then....... well long story short, we're READY TO GO!!!
Here's the info they sent about the program:
"Individual Club members will be placed in the system under the name of the club. At the end of the calendar year, a Reward from 4WD/4WP will be issued to the club (in the club’s name) for a total of 3% of the purchases totaled together from the club members. Total club purchases must be at least $300.00 a year to qualify for the annual reward.
For club members start receiving your discount, please fill out the form and roster sheet below. Once it has been submitted and your members are entered into the system, your member can call or visit their local store or simply call the Club Hotline @ 800-913-8860. We ask your club members to please let their sales representative know they are a club member at the beginning of your call to insure they get all the deals we have setup for them."

Please send me your information if you'd like to be added to the membership program so that we can make some $$$ for the club each time we purchase something from them. Here's the info they've requested:
