OK folks this was the club I was in MS..............GREAT EVENT, GREAT WHEELING, and the party is a blast. 
Park has tons of trails from mild to wild, hot showers the CLC sets up on site for folks to use, plus to this place is you can wheel 200 yards from camp so it makes it nice for lunch or should you break down its not far to fix.

The STLCA annual meeting and election of officers will be Friday evening at this event.

I am confident Melissa will have soccer games that weekend and I will not be able to attend. Will absentee voting be an option for those like me that can not attend?

I am registered, plan to arrive early Thursday, who else is going?
I'm planning on going. I hope to show up Thursday, but have to see if I can afford to skip any classes at that point in the semester
Why haven't the rest of you registered ? This is a great event , our annual meeting and they have a reduced rate camper registration for those of you who are procrastinating on getting your trail machine out of the garage. There are always open seats, so you can ride with on of us.

Melissa's soccer game won't end until ~5PM on the 18th, so the timing just does not support us getting out there for even the meeting. Maybe the next event ... any shop day event coming up?

Now this is stating to look like an annual meeting turn out. I am going to try to get there early Thurs. to claim one of the few flat places for the club. I will cook biscuits and gravy for the group Friday morning. for those that need to join I will bring applications, for those who owe dues I will accept you money.
The Crawl and our Annual meeting are getting close, so time to discuss some details. I plan to arrive Wed. afternoon to insure I can find a good place to park my rig, hope to get the area on the hill by the old well. Food- the Louisiana guys are cooking Jambalaya for everyone Friday evening and there will be a cartered meal Saturday evening. I plan to do biscuits and gravy for the club and guests Friday and Saturday mornings.
We will have the STLCA Annual meeting about 6:30 Friday evening when everyone gets back to camp. Still don't have a volunteer for secretary, not a big job but need someone to do the paperwork to get control of the STLCA domain name and then set up a redirect to this forum ( I think Woody will help with the redirect).
