Hi Kev, I too did not like the weight of the splits plus a pain with the tire companies now, I went with the Smoothies they are not 4Runners but they are 16x7 with 4" BS and I have disc up front. Something to consider. I know you might find the 4Runners somewhere for a good price just don't know the BS for them.
Good luck

I thought about using the 91/92 LC rims on my pickup but those are only 15". I did pickup two sets of third 4Runner wheels that are 16". These are the early five spoke. Think 2001/2002 were different. Once I get decent tires on them plan to haul a set up north where my 40s and 45LP are. 45LP is a 65 but have a 84 HJ47RV front and rear axles for it. Guessing a wheel spacer will be needed.
Who has the posting information for the Cruiser Fest in SLC on September 10th?
I'm taking off the splits and 7.50/16 bias ply tires and going with a 235/85/16 radial, so I need new rims.
Does anyone have pics of a 45 with 1990's 4Runner rims?
