4Runner hardtop fixed window replace

My 88' 4Runner got the passenger side fixed window on the hardtop broken out. I have a complete extra hardtop and want to steal the window out of it to replace the broken one. Anyone done this? Any tips, can I reuse the rubber seal? I looked through faq's and did a search but found nothing relating to the fixed rear side window only the sliding and rear gate windows. Help...

I actually found his site on my search but they show the sliding window replace not the fixed one on the site. But I am sure he has done it, just not on his site...Thanks, I'll try him in the morning.

It's pretty straight forward, pull all the plastic covered nuts from the inside, and pry out whats left. I think it's sealed with butyl tape, but I just used some sticky foam weather stripping to put it back in.
