4Runner 1997 and 2001 seats swap?

I've got a parts car with a great interior (97) and a 2001 with a not so nice interior.

Will the front and rear seats just bolt into the 01 form the 97?

If so - how easy is this for a newbie? Any resources to help me/guide me?

Should be a straight swap as they are both 3rd gens, and you aren't messing around with heated seats or anything like that. Download the service manual for the 4runner, and away you go.
