Recently purchased a 2011 LX 570-love it! But, ...tried to switch it to 4lo and a blinking 4lo light comes on and the transfer case does not actuate. Yes, I followed the steps of neutral, then engage...nothing. Has anyone had any similar experiences? Any hacks or fixes?

Get your drivetrain all warmed up and try again.

had this happen on my tundra and it ended up being a wheel speed sensor....

Pretty common issue. Search for flashing 4lo or anything along those lines.

You may need to dig into the transfer actuator..

Just keep trying. Try it every time you drive after getting some heat in the driveline.

You can also shift into 4l (it will fail) then turn off the car with switch in 4l and then start the car in 4L.

It should work after 5-10 attempts. You may have to do the same for the center diff lock.

Also make sure your switching to 4lo on level ground. I find it gets stuck when engaged on inclines

Just to be clear, did you put the tranny in neutral, turn the truck off, engage the 4lo and then start the warmed up truck? That was the procedure I had to follow with my LC.
