So another 45 guy and I were talking about Georg's annual 45 run at Deer Valley CA and the idea to hold a northern run came up. It would be held in the southern part of BC, just a few miles north of Kalispell MT.
We're thinking the same type of affair, low key with no registration fee, a raffle of sorts and some mild wheeling/sight-seeing in the local mountains. Bonus run to the local hotsprings could be thrown in as well. It would be a family friendly weekend of camping and 45 talk.
I'm looking for interest and comments from the western Canadians and the NW US 45 owners. I suspect there are at least 50 45's with-in an easy day's drive of this area.
It would be in the summer of course, and hopefully not conflict with any other popular LC events.
It could happen this summer if enough interest is shown.

I am probably a day and half drive away---but always looking for an excuse to take the 45 on a trip and I have family in Missoula MT.
