Red Baron at Schloss Königs Wusterhausen
it`s a renaissance-castle. The castle was built in the 16th century and was used by Frederick Willam I of Prussia as hunting lodge.

Do the 43's have the same rear length quarta panels as the troopys the bit from behind the rear of the rear wheel to the back?

a) It´s easy ;)

I like the look with the " rear cabin wall " mounted. :)
b) don`t know.

Peter,

Thank you for posting such great photo's. It is much appreciated and very neat to look through them. Each one is great. The area of the world you live in is rich in history and to have a cruiser in the photo's is fantastic. My favorite is "brown sugar" in the shadow of the windmill. Thanks for going through the trouble.
I hope that when I finish my cruiser, I can snag some equally cool photo's.

but the house is build down on a small hill so you can`t see the house very well.

Peter... what is that round thing at the front of the truck on the outer edge of the upper bezel on the driver's side?

Hood lock?

it`s a temperature gauge.
In his first life the RED BARON was a fire truck and they used this gauge to read the motor temperature from the outside I think, but don`t know this exactly.
This Gauge belongs too the BARON and so it stays :D

Interesting.

I had a buddy that worked maintaining fire trucks here and one of his favorite tricks when a new mechanic was doing PM work was to paint a nut red and toss it under the truck.
