What paint did you use to paint the rear sombrero black pearl? mine could use a touch up for sure.
I need one of those name plates for my 40th, do you guys know if they still have them available?

They are now superseded to the 75435-60040 regular version. That one up there might have been the last one.

Beno is correct. I contacted Toyota at the time and they found 4 of the anniversary edition emblems on the shelf. I purchased all 4 for mud members. There are no more left.

I may have found a source to order the OEM 40th rear land cruiser badge in the black pearl. They are very pricey but if anyone is interested just PM me and I may be able to order a few. Waiting on a reply at the moment.

How hard are these to remove? I've got one on my 40th and I actually hate. I'd prefer the standard. If it's relatively easy to remove without cracking the plastic is be happy to pull it off.
It is relatively easy...so you need to "dental floss it" with a piece of string line...
It is attached with some kind of molding tape, so in order to detache it, place the string between the metal and the emblem, and then floss it back and forth and work your way through....you may encounter 2 or 3 small studs but skip those and continue from the other end.

No studs. It takes PATIENCE to remove! The original adhesive tap is way stronger than 3M adhesive tap. I would recommend you leave the truck parked in the sun on a warm day and then patiently try the dental floss. The emblem will easily crack or break if you try to use a scraper.
