@SHIfTHEAD. If you are re-using those greaseable pins on your shackles be sure to run some thin wire through the grease holes on the pins, and "flush" some grease through the pins and verify flow. After my OME bushings crumbled away like that, the grease passages on my pins were completely packed and clogged with bushing debris. There was no way grease would flow through to the bushings.
Good call, that didn't even occur to me. Can someone confirm this grease is OK to use with urethane bushings?

Truck looks great!

Am I the only one who can understand how OME can screw up bushings (and continue to)? I would love to know the chemistry of their product. My FJ40 has Energy Suspension bushings installed in 1991, and they have not crapped out - just a bit sun-faded.

Oh, well - at least you discovered the source of the handling problem.

Wow, it's great to be able to drive it down the road and it tracks straight. Now, I got the new tires on too and am wrapping it all up. So here's a few more beauty shots. I shot the wheels in satin black again before I mounted the new tires. Oh, the new tires, so much nicer and quieter than the 14 year old KO's that I took off.
