FYI, that looks like a carb from an FJ60.

Dizzy is definitely small cap electronic. You should post a pic of it with the advancer diaphram facing the camera, for reference. ALso, if you can, you should test the diaphram to make sure it works. Most of them dont. Ask Jason [Mace]. He knows.
