No. No mold or pocket. As you saw, it's all done the old school way with a hammer and a set of dull chisels. Thanks for your interest .Do you have a pocket/mold/form you're forming those floor ribs with underneath the panel? They look great.

Seeing you pound this out on a dirt/concrete floor and come out clean, consistent, and looking great is amazing. Awesome seeing this come together, very humbling to see such cool work done with basic tools and skill which I’m sure took a lot of years and practice. Good to remember we don’t always need high dollar tech to make stuff work, just grab some cardboard, metal, good hammer and don’t be afraid to get after it.
I have a pair of ‘69 doors that the lower skins are rotted out on, this thread is inspiring me to give it a shot. Thanks guys, and can’t wait to se more!
