Why don't you make it easy and meet at the regular location? :hhmm:

I figured I was just going to be at the Rainbow falls parking lot around 9:30 to 9:45. This is not a club trip, so I guess the normal rules don't need to apply. Justin and I scouted 350A and 350B last night. I have never been through there before, didn't even know it existed. Very cool rock formations on those trails. I would love to see the club make it though, especially Eric, this is prime locker testing territory. The tricycle's new bumper got a true test, slammed down pretty hard on some rocks, it survived with just a scratch...without it, the new bed would have been missing a corner and taillight.

Do you mean the Starbucks in the Safeway? That's the only one I know in WP.....

Keep going down 24...it's on the right just past the Donut Mill at the next light/intersection (HWY 24/West St.). Vectra bank on the left, Starbucks on the right.

Heh, Outside the safeway sounds great.
Luke you ok leading the way? 9am i'll park on the side of the starbucks near the back of the parking lot.
Btw, please keep in mind what I'm bringing for the trail. Lol I'll try to keep up/ but I'm real honest with myself about my expectations here.

Just so i'm clear, meeting at the Starbucks in the Safeway in Woodland Park? Trying to talk my co-worker and his Taco into joining the club.

Had a good time today. It was Justin, Heather, Anthony, Ryan, Eric, and me that showed up. Anthony was having some carb issues on the steeper part of Missouri gulch, Justin had to go pick up a van he bought, and Heather decided to head out early cause the weather was turning. Eric, Ryan, and I did the tour of Rainbow falls -- played on the obstacles we found scattered out with no incidents. We saw two other 4x4 groups out and about, got rained on a little, snowed on a little, found out we couldn't start a grill without a lighter, all in all a great day.

Some Pics....

Had a great time today trying out the new locker. Here are some pics...

Not bad for a heep

Had to lift Luke's toy over a rock for him

Thanks all for the help up the hill, didn't want to get in the way any further up there. I don't mind waiting on folks-helping folks out while wheeling...But I'd rather not have folks wait on me. I'll be back to beat up that trail and take those lines with ya before too long boys

Awww.. don't give up on the old girl just yet! Trust me, we've all been in that place at one time or another. It was nice to let the Ruby Cruiser redeem herself a little on the steep stuff though. (Sorry for the yanks) Just glad you made it out ok.
The pictures you got on that camera are awesome! Dinky little digitals just don't do justice on the scenery up there. Do you have any other good ones?

Ya, wouldn't make sense to mod this one/ I really didn't even think the granny gear wouldn't cut it. for me it would make sense to try and find a nice pickup/4runner again(all the ones I drove besides Marks of course were just tired)

hmm maybe a 2g v6 runner/pickup.

But no other pictures from the trip, just got the camera on Friday-pretty happy with it.
