Found an ad on craigslist for a set of Toyota axles. They're out of an 85 4runner. My question is, can you put the third fromthe rear end into a rear axle out of an 87 axle to get the wider rear end to match the front after the conversion to vented rotors. Will it fit?
The axles on craigslist have 5.29 gears and the rear has a detroit locker in it and the seller only wants $600.00!!
