Probably a dead issue by now so sorry for the late post. As a Federal employee, I can assure all of you. The U.S. Gov't DOES NOT give away s***. I don't no where ya'll get that idea...it does NOT happen. It is auctioned off or thrown away...

yes some stuff is thrown away... like before a big inspection.... "airman make that dissappear!"

That is how i got my folding aluminum ladder... and for $5 it works like new!
