i just change my tires from 285 to 315 but still now i didnt remove 1'' wheel spacer i dont know which is better to aviod rubbing with or without ?

You have an IFS 100 correct? As far as I know you will get rubbing in the front with or without the 1" wheel spacer. You will need to adjust your uptravel bump on the lower A-arm to prevent the tire from ripping the fender lip. However with the 1" wheel spacers you do not need, based on my experience, to limit the turn radius to prevent rubbing...as it doesn't rub at full turn with the 1" wheel spacers.

I don't think you will want to run the 1" spacer in the rear or you will get major rubbing...others that have actually tried this will hopefully chime in.

If you are jumping sand dunes, I think I'd try and run w/o any spacers. I'd rather limit turning radius than risk damaging the fenders--plus you need all the up travel you can get. If you are rubbing the upper control arms, you can try a 1/4" (6mm) spacer and probably get by without having to swap in longer lug bolts.

if i run 315 tires with 4.88 should i use speedo correction or its will work fine ?

No speedo correction required if you are converting from 4.30 ('98-'02 LC 100).

how much would rolling the fender help? i just came from the sports car genre, and we'd pull the fenders out to fit a lot fatter rubber. however i dont know exactly how these big tires tuck into the 100's fenders and if pulling out the fender an inch or so would help at all

no way to pull the fender 1'' its move free without hitting the fender if i lower the bump stop i didnt think that 315 is like its better in control in and very very comfort i need the steps to adjust the upper control arm as they told me in the post but i don't know excatly what they are meaning.

My main interest is in sports cars as well =) Actually, I've been thinking about this lately. Rolling the front fender might work but to roll the fender this much would probably require a repaint, right? Might as well cut, raise the lip and repaint the fenders so that it could look stock.

Another alternative is to just cut the fender lip and mount some sort of low profile rubber fender trim. Something like this but not so big.

it depends. you can use a heat gun and heat up the paint (not melt it or boil it or anything, just warm it up) and you can pull fenders outwithout cracking paint. ive seen a slammed car (e36 bmw m3) get its fenders pulled. it used to rub with 245's and was able to fit 275s no problem. thats a little more than a inch wider and didnt rub at all

In my case, the tire sticks out almost 1" past the fender and needs to be clearanced probably 1" higher to be sure of no intereference. To get that kind of clearance, I'd need to start rolling the fender like 2.5"+ above the lip (depending on the angle of the flare). I have a feeling this isn't going to look so good. Good thing fenders don't cost too much.
