I'm back on here already. just finished "unpinning" 5th gear in an H55F and also lubed the split t-case shifter joints and got that shifting. It has the usual L shift pattern but after it's in 4LO, I can go straight up from there and it's in 2LO.
I don't have a lot of landcruiser drive train experience yet but this isn't normal is it? Are these like samurais and you can modify them to do this by removing a ball bearing or something? Anyway thought it was interesting.
