2rz 3rz or 5vz swap

It has a 22RED in it now
Rebuilt front end
Rebuilt the warn hubs andadded a bearing Bobby long field shafts new 3rd member koyo bearings new seals 5:29 Motor has maybe 1500 miles Rock ripper cold air Fj coil Rev limiter S10 radiator Bored .30 hot cam shaved crank High comp pistons Square light Conv( headlights from whole lense to just bulbs) W56 tranny knuckles just rebuilt and "beefed" up Hi-steer Ifs power steering (new box) 3/4 ton driveline Has rock sliders Brand new Headman header stainless pipe to flow master 40 stainless to tip Brand new rear axle bobby longs new 3rd 5:29 Detroit tru-trac just gone through professionally Blisteins in front Backing eliminator on knuckles Probably more I'm just hitting a wall

I'd just like to know what would be the best and why and what all I will need for the swap
 
There is a great thread about the 3RZ swap on the Marlin Crawler board. It is much less work to use a 2RZ/3RZ than a 3.4 5VZ in an originally 4 cylinder truck. You can use the existing 5 speed and everything fits better. I personally would go 3RZ over 2RZ as long as you're going to all the trouble to do a swap for the increased displacement and power. You will get as good or better mileage than a 22R orRE. I plan to do a 3RZ swap in my '85 4Runner if the stupid 22RE would start acting up, but it just keeps going and going....

I got half way thought that and gave up, it made my head hurt.
 
Yep. If you have a 4 cyl, go with the 3RZ. If you're starting with a 3.0 go with the 5VZ.

Your post. Welcome to our humble family, but your first post is kind of hard to follow. It has little to no punctuation and reads like one really long run-on sentence or a for sale ad.

I actually didn't read it all either, but got the jist that you are asking about swap ideas from the title.

As others have said, 3RZ is going to be the cleanest of the 3 options that you listed in the title.
