2nd row seat won't fold forward

Hi all,

My driver's side 2nd row seat won't fold forward. I took off the side cover and found a torn cable.

Looks like they are available, but not sure how to get the seat up or where the cable goes.

Anyone else had this happen that can share some wisdom?
