And where do i have to connect this line?

Finally im done with removing the EGR system and the throttle plate the small one my last problem is where do i connect this? The one pointing my finger

In your first picture, yes, make sure that stays in the open position. If you remove the larger throttle plate, then you don't have to worry about it.

In the second picture, you need to make sure that vacuum line is capped off. You can follow that line to the other side of the engine, and cap off the rubber hose that is there. Then the vacuum pump (on front of alternator) will only supply vacuum to the 4wd VSVs only.

I see in your last picture that the TPS (throttle position sensor) is unplugged. Did you drive the car this way? That might explain your smoke problems. Plug it back in!! It's the black sensor on the side of the throttle body.

Isnt the vacuum line he was referring to the 4wd vsv supply? I followed it and seemed to be going to the vsvs by the brake booster.
