2H swap out

How complicated is it to swap out a 2H for a 1HZ? My HJ75 is a 1985 model with 5 speed. Will all year model 1HZ's fit ??
I am far from a guru on this kind of thing so please keep the response simple as possible.

2H AC compressor and exhaust on LHS and 1HZ on the other side. In need some mod here.
The major issue is on the bell housing,clutch disc and input shaft.

Any PS on your 75?

I don't think it would be too hard wiring wise.
Are you planning on a complete engine to transfer drop in or just the engine?

I feel like I can get a decent !HZ engine through my friends in S.A. or Zimbabwe. If I got just the engine, would I be able to source the rest of the components as stated above here in the US?
Seeing that my truck has been at the body shop for 6 months and counting, I'm not in a big hurry, but getting an engine may take a while so I thought I would start asking if this is doable.
