2H injection timing tool (1 Viewer)

Any one know the nut size of the injection pipe as it goes into the IP? In order to set the timing statically, I need to make a special rig to see when the fuel rises. It's a piece of flared pipe in a nut about 50mm tall. I read where other people have done this but no mention of thread size. Gracias!

I just bought the cheapest new line I could find and cut it down to size with a tubing cutter.

thanks @coldtaco. thought about that but my usual source doesn't have any. I assume you bent it straight. Where did you find yours?

Taking the glow plugs out will help turn the engine over by hand.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ordered the #1 pipe today and will use the old for the tool. They are starting to show corrosion rust anyways, so I'l start by replacing at least the #1.
