26 GX550 OT vs 26 LX700h OT

I bought my 26 GX550 the end of March and absolutely love it except for the ride. I knew going in and even after my test ride it wouldn’t ride like my Expedition and thought I could get accustomed to it but I can’t. It’s just to firm and somewhat bouncy so I put a deposit on an LX700 OT in color white. I was offered full MSRP for my GX plus the dealer is discounting the LX an additional couple thousand.

I have not driven the LX 700 OT but assume that after all of my research that there is a substantial difference in ride quality and overall quality of the vehicle.

So my question is to those that have switched from the GX550 OT to the LX700 OT what has been your experience? Have you been satisfied by your decision?

Not from my experience. We rented a Ford Expedition Max for a few days when moving some furniture from our house up in Destin Fl to our home in the Keys...it was 1500 mile roundtrip. My wife and I were both suffering from leg cramps after the drive and my back was stiff for days. Maybe the "Max" version is rougher? I'll add this about the 550 vs the 700....you'll have AC that will actually cool the front of the interior down. They removed the top center vents from the 460 and put a ridiculously large screen in front. My wife has a new RX and they did the same to it. If you live in a hotter climate, you'll appreciate the LX much more. Don't even get me started on how they removed the rear AC in the 550 OT from the 460.....do people in Japan not have dogs??? last month I ordered my 700 OT 2 row and I mainly did it for the two AC's over a 550 OT. I'm on my 5th GX460 (my23) and I'm keeping it and probably giving it to my kid. There's no comparison between the 550 and the 700. None
