255/75/17 tire question

Wondered from anyone running 255/75/17 tires on the TRD Pro 17 inch wheels about how they fit on a stock suspension and if any modifications are required? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I wanted TRD Pro wheels ever since I saw them on @torfab ‘s 62— it’s the only 60 series I’ve seen with them. I pestered him about fit and learned he runs the Tundra brake upgrade and an 80 axle in rear so he’s got extra clearance. I knew most 4runner wheels don’t fit without spacers on stock 60 axles so thought I was SOL.

I’ve read this thread several times and looked at wheel options for probably 2 years. I wanted something modern, understated, not 16”, suitable for a pizza cutter tire, and that allowed for a wide tire selection for the forseable future.
I didn’t want 16” because...

If you keep the stock axles you will probably want something with a large offset to match stock. I looked for a ling time and found these, +25mm, not perfect but close:

Adding this for those who use the search feature in the future. Here are the wheels and tires with an OME heavy + Cruiser corps extended shackles. I think the height is perfect.
