I've got a used Warn X8000i winch that came from a JDM truck. True 24V setup and shows use and weathering. I've cleaned it up and re-lubed it with Aeroquip, and replaced the drum bushings.

I've done a light test pull with it and all works fine.

I'd like to swap it for a 12V version 9000 lbs or more, similar condition or better.

The condition of this winch would have to be checked. I am not very experienced with these things. It is on an FJ40 that I purchased last year. Also, I can't find the manufacturing plate which gives the model. I suspect that it may be on the backside.

It is in running order though.
