For fast disconnect I have a charge cable in the grill.
I have adjusted voltage to higher 29.5 volt, bought one new alternator, two new batteries (charge 14.7x2=29.4Volt) and the Lasse tip vannguard for $170 but now have to wait for shipping cost (+70 dollar, total 303 euro with tax
)
Below is the pdf manual, seems a must have but I don't need the 12v supply, I have a 24v converter, difficult choice. I believe the keep them below 0.1 volt difference.
My volt meter shows the voltage difference, even now with two new batteries without being driven there is a difference.

I think most 24v diesel somehow end up with one broken battery, then voltage difference and then the other breaks to.
It seems 0.1 voltage difference is normal operating tolerance, more will defect.
A friend repairs wheelchairs and it happens a lot: he must replace both expensive traction batteries but mostly one is perfect and one broken, still both are tossed.
I have all stuff /manual about charging here: 24V glow,alternator,dome,buzzer,battery, electrics - Page 3 - hj60.freeforums.org
