This after noon I got in my truck and she started up fine about 10 or so seconds after starting it I drove off (I know not much of a warm up) I made it about 30 feet and had a dermatic loss of power and it just stalled out... wtf:mad: so I tried giving her a quick crank nothing, so I cranked her over for a good 30-40 sec and she started right up and drove fine after that. Same thing happened a few days ago but it started up again on the first crank

It seems to be doing this to me if its been sitting all day... cold start valve maybe 80' out though, its got me stumped. Any insight into this problem would be much appreciated

Yeah agreed, fuel filter, batt. terminal connections/grounds, TPS maybe, sounds like a fuel system problem if it's not a simple electrical problem at the battery or ground connections. No codes, that doesnt help you much, but that's what points me to a fuel filter.

I dont think its the fuel filter because when he steps on the gas it comes alive as oposed to dieing.

it has been some time since i have last changed the fuel filter so i might as well start witht that since the iddle has been surging a little

went threw and checked all the grounds and there all good
