So, do the mods on this Heritage help or hurt it's overall selling price?

Looks like the Heritage takes the cheese. And it looks like the winner bidding for the other one kind jumped the gun on going all in. Comparisons can be hard, it would have been nice if the base one wasn't crusty underneath. But it looks like Heritage brings quite the premium, even more than modified in this case.

Yes. Another example that proves my point above on modded x OEM. I agree that the buyer of the Base one jumped the gun. IMO, although a 2021, they drastically overpaid for that undercarriage increasing the bid by $7k in one shot.
