My latest 2019 LC200 build, let me know your comments/suggestions/questions.

I think its great what you are doing. I think it helps grow the LC market here in the US.

On that one in particular, I personally dont like the wheels, they are only marginally better than the stock ones to me, which are also ugly as H in my opinion. The blacked-out strip on the rear hatch looks weird to me.

Id say take a black LC, give it the blacked out treatment, put some of the bronze TRD rims on BFG ATs and that same lift. Forget the rack and other accessories and get the price under 100k.

Or do a white LC, no black out of trim, just lift, BFGs, on those same wheels in silver.

Those wheels in gloss black just dont do anything for me.

Thanks for the input, I am a KO2 guy myself too. , if you go 34" you need to relocate the KDSS, wich adds $300 because the tires are 12.5" wide. The BBS TRD Pro wheels are actually matte-black. They are pretty nice in person and super good quality. They only weigh 17 Lbs because they're forged. They cost about $800 each. I am going to powder coat a set bronze and put them on black Land Cruiser next month. Thanks for the input BTW

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but apparently they are a lot heavier than we assumed they’d be..

I agree they look awesome though. And good choice PC bronze on a black rig..

Also the black on this silver rig looks great. If you do another black out maybe consider using one of the companies that will open the headlight housings and black out that chrome as well. One member did it on a white lc and it looks awesome. I’d have to do some digging to find it.

I have done blackout headlights on a few occasions. I use Lightwerkz in NJ. Interesting they are more heavy than I read. THanks for the info!

Happy to see the Black/Silver wheel combo, looks great! The set of BBS Pro wheels I've just picked up weigh 27.5 lbs. Almost 10 lbs lighter than the LX 570 wheels they will replace.

Thanks for the heads up..

I just read more of that thread and someone else got just over 27# as well.. that’s more what I’d expect for a forged wheel.

Is that really material? At this price point the buyer isn't going to care or you could eat the $3hundy.

Great build Eric! I have a silver 18 LC200 I'm dreaming of the mods now! Love the chrome blacked out!

Good luck with the sale!!

If I were in the market for another 200 I'd be giving Eric a call to line up something with suspension, sliders, wheels, and tires right from the dealer. It's hard enough to find a dealer who gets LCs let alone one to include modifications that get the truck to a level of capability where nothing else has to be done. Factoring in the cost for the parts, shipping, tax, and installation it's probably a 5-10k premium on top of MSRP plus doing the mods yourself for some very real savings in time and peace of mind. Consider some level of negotiation and it's not a bad deal, IMO.

This is true. While I didn’t bolt on every mod, Eric worked w me to customize to my spec.. in fact I bought the wheels and had them shipped to him.

What is the point of writing something this rude and critical? The truck looks awesome. It will sell quickly. He’s not trying to sell it to you. He’s trying to sell it to the majority of people that think it looks great.

@Eric Sarjeant FYI, that trim strip on the Front Runner fairing looks very similar to what I used on my Prinsu rack fairing. I found that it will rub through the paint if you do not put on some form of protection.. I used a strip of 3M clear bra material under the trim and it worked great at protecting the paint.

On another note, great job on offering a turn key ready Land Cruiser, please keep sharing them with us.

If you look closely, you can see the clear bra material already in place.

HTH

Front Runner ships these with a 3M strip.

Maybe my eyes are failing me, but I don't see it?

get the mounting pins for the maxtrax. they slide right into the Front Runner rails. the ratchet straps will not last long like that (and probably vibrate like heck!

Love the blackout tratment, but as others have said, not crazy about the strip on the back. Something looks off about it!

Otherwise, amazing looking build!

Uhh, because he asked for it?

"......let me know your comments/suggestions/questions...."

Evidently he got it, because he liked my comment, and thanked me twice for the input. My first sentence was a compliment actually. Im also an LC dealer and so I get into the value of different mods, price points, etc... so I get it too. Evidently you took what I was saying the wrong way.
