The foot is good. Not hurting. However, it will take some time to heal.

Yeah my legs haven't felt this sore since I ran that 5K in March. We had such a blast this year. Thanks so much to the CLC for putting on this event and especially the Tolleson household for allowing us into their home. Great seeing everyone again.
