Checking in with a 13 LX at 156K. Was at dealer having preventative maintenance done (Transfer case and differential Fluid exchanges as well as a PCV valve replacement) and the technician said I have a small cam tower leak. He said I would need the cab to come off the frame and repair is 20 hours of labor. He thinks I have plenty of time before it would get bad, but I’m wondering what I should do. I don’t want to be breathing burnt oil fumes.

I got the same report on my 08 last week while i had it in for the seatbelt recall. Mine you can see looking through the passenger wheel well. The advice i got from others was it's highly unlikely for this to be a all of a sudden issue. Many people have this and never even know it. It's not like the radiator where 1 day it could just explode. It's a slow leak, with a very expensive labor bill to fix. For me, i'm just going to keep an eye on it, hopefully never have to fix. If the oil level isn't low, and you don't smell burning oil, it should be fine in my opinion. The only other thing i heard was that there are 3 common spots for the leak, so if you do get fixed you might as well have them fix all the spots, not just the 1 that is leaking.

Paging @Taco2Cruiser ...

He must think you drive a Ford SuperDuty. The body does NOT have to come off, that's insane.
