Look, it's SEC football in the toughest conference in the nation and the toughest division in the conference. Few good years along with years that you suck is the cycle with MS teams. It's been this way since I have been alive. Neither team will be consistently good for very long. Think about it...

From an athletic competition stand point, the best possible solution would be to shut down Buzzard High and Black Bear U and funnel all the talent into one program, like Arkansas and Louisiana do. Logically, it should be the only program in the state to play in Atlanta for a SEC title.
