Does Sun, Oct. 29th work? I missed out on last weekends meet up. My truck has not seen any dirt since Breckenridge. :frown: And I was taking the easy trails with the UN convoy. :angelic: Any other suggested dates? In order to plan ahead, the Seattle area group also needs to figure out which weekend to go get stuck in the snow. AKA X-mas tree hunting for those interested.

I'll double check with the wife but I think Sunday the 29th works for me for a cruise through Tahuya!

@kreiten my LC is no where yours as I am still on stock height with Toyos AT open country. Still waiting for my Budbuilt armor to arrive but seeing you guys planning on going on 10/29 I would like to join. Should I expect light-pin stripping as worst thing it could happen?

awesome, let's put a little convoy together forsure, glad you can make it! Some pin stripping and maybe a rear bumper drag or two, but yah we will keep it chill... How many rigs do we got so far?

I'm the white LC right behind Emily. Stopped to watch the mud flying everywhere and Ken yelling "more #$@$!!! skinny pedal". I was/still am stock height. I had an old set of KO's 285/70 R17 32.7". So call that a 0.5in lift. My stock running boards had a very close call. Plastic crunching sound but no visible damage. No bumper drag, but gave the mud flaps a workout. I didn't get any pin stripping, but can guarantee anything. I am sure the same trail changes overtime. Purtytj did great in stock tires. With his LX570 jacked up, he had more ground clearance. Looking forward to it. I am sure someone will post a meet up time and location as we get closer to the weekend.

So what are we thinking guys, Sunday the 29th in the morning, say 8am at the trailhead?

yep, he said he is in I think, just added him to my post! I've got a couple other buddies going with a 4Runner and Tacoma.

An awesome adventure and even more awesome pics.

How did the story end for the tacoma?
He pulled and replaced the carpet, replaced his amp and a few other things... Good news is he didn't take any water into the engine, he put a snorkel on shortly after this incident:)
