So this is this second time they’ve been stolen (first time the previous owner paid for OEM close to $3k)…I am not willing to pay that much since I now live in Tennessee and emissions are irrelevant here. I was looking at these cats ($290 for a pair) and wondered if I’ll have problems

Is there something I can do if it throws any codes? I just don’t see spending OEM price for my LC that has 300k miles.

Thanks!

If you can find some off of a part-out or at a pick-n-pull you can cut them off and weld them onto yours.

You might want to add a skid plate over that area to slow down thieves.

There are no LC of my era in local pick and pulls…is waiting for one best or how about what I linked?

can't say much for what you linked but I got rhino long tube headers and high flow cats for $900 total. The high flow cats have extended seats for the O2 sensors and it fully bypasses any codes/check engine lights.

I would look for cats alone, just the cheapest that you can find with those extended seats and never worry about it again

Perfect. I don’t care much for performance at this point.
