2003 LX470 - Power Window Problem

Hi all,

Got an issue with the power windows, they all work from their respective door switch but only the DS window works from the DS master control switch. I've replaced the switch and confirmed (I hope) that the wiring is good.

Techstream shows a code of B-1211.

Thoughts on what to do next?

My guess is pinched/cut wire at the accordion boot in the door hinge area.

Per the EWD, there is a black wire that goes to the Body ECU and a yellow/black stripe wire that controls the other windows.

Would that still be the case if you couldn't move the windows using techstream?

If it is the case, I think that would point to that black wire from the master switch to the body ECU. Or potentially a bad Body ECU.

That is the case, no window actuation using TS other than the DS window

You're welcome. It's terminal 7 on the switch side. Should be the only solid black wire around. There is a black with white stripe that gets 12v+ at key on -- don't use it.

Update - all fixed. The black wire and yellow were both brown in the door harness.

All fixed now, thanks to all for the help.
