Year
2002
Vehicle Model
  1. Tundra
Location
United States
I purchased this in May of 2019, however it sat for 6 months while I was deployed. I'm now PCS'ing (moving) overseas in July so I must sell this fantastic vehicle. I already did a bunch of maintenance. It's essentially a turn key, ready to drive another ten years without needing much.
--
It'll be officially available at the end of June, but, money talks. That said, I'm NOT INTERESTED IN TRADES
--
Pretty much everything you see below was done within the past year, during my ownership, and has less than 3k miles on them as the vehicle wasn't used for half of that year.
--
Grading on a scale for a 233k mile, 18 year old, truck:
Interior: 8/10 - Very good for it's age
Exterior: 7/10 - Paint is scorched, few dings in the tailgate
--
Good Stuff:
- OEM limited slip diff
- Timing belt, water pump, coolant flushed, oil changed at 227k miles. Only OEM parts used.
- 3rd Gen 4Runner wheels (The stock Tundra wheels look awful)
- 255/85/R16 Cooper S/T Maxx. Tons of tread. Very slight rub at full lock, but doesn't cause any issues.
- Bilstein 5100 shocks all four corners
- Front pads and rotors replaced
- Rear airbags for added load/towing/ect
- Newer battery and terminals replaced
- CD/DVD/Sat radio unit (installed by previous owner)
- Headlights replaced (old units are known to fog up so these look new)
- Fluid Film used regularly for frame/body rust prevention.
- No major dents and almost NO rust.
--
Not so good stuff:
- Paint on the hood, roof, parts of the doors is sun scorched. Very common on this era of Tundras.
- Rear tailgate and rear bumper has some dents and dings as you'd expect from a 18 year old truck.
