Bulb lighting oil pressure and temp gauges is out. I've read a lot of threads and watched a lot of videos. I'm pretty sure the 2002 has screwed in bulbs and not soldered in LED's. But I don't know if the circuit board has to be removed to replaced this particular bulb on the far right side. I know the circuit board has to removed to replace the PRNDL bulbs. Does anyone know about the gauge bulbs? I'm asking because the odds of me inflicting damage on the circuit board are considering higher if I have to remove it to change the bulb so it might make me think twice about replacing it. The right turn signal bulb is out also so the same question applies.

Sorry, can't tell you if the OP light is in the outer or inner section, but I have recently disassembled my cluster and it's really not that bad. Just a lot of screws. There is one screw that is a random length so its position should be noted upon teardown. It's actually not a bad idea to open it up since the inner lens could use a good cleaning. I was surprised at how much better the cluster looked and how well it illuminated afterwards.

So you removed the circuit board fairly easily?

@kerrye I don't know the answer to your original question, but I do have a picture of the back of the cluster from my 2002 LX470. I wish I knew I couldn't swap out the PRNDL bulbs before I took this out. :bang:

This video explains how to replace the PRNDL bulbs in your cluster. In your photo I'm wondering if the two gray circles with silver outer rings on the very edge of each side of the circuit board about halfway up are the gauge illumination bulbs.

Not sure why that video is unavailable but if you search YouTube with the following phrase there's a video on how to change the PRNDL bulbs in your cluster.
