2000 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, Installing Lucas L1-H4 Headlight bulb

Hi Everyone!

I successfully installed Lucas L1-H4 bulb on my Prado.

The headlight is working but only in low beam (may be its high either which I don't know).

Anyway its not going or changing into low or high beam just a constant light. Previously HID light system were installed with decoder which I have removed it and using factory installed three pins plug as shown below:

The JB Power (where I bought it and they are asking for $210 to install) said its plug and play and don't need decoder either. Does anyone here have a clue as I search but couldn't find any solution.

Any how I managed to make it work, Only issue High/Low Beam are reversed. I switch wires but same issue. Will live with it,
