Been awhile since I updated this thread....

I've installed the AHC spacers, new CVJ CV's, and installed some additional lighting for the rear cargo area...

Mounted the switched in the factory door handle area to prevent accidental switching. A couple of photos of only the lights mounted on the rear hatch

is there anyway you can provide measurements and specifics on this bracket?
Also, wha is the thing that I have circled in the photo attached?

It is a quick release fire extinguisher bracket. made by Drake. Unfortunately I don't have the exact dimensions.

Here's a website that sells them.

Alternator R&R @ 125K miles. Used Denso 210-0565 100amp alternator as replacement.

A/C Compressor Clutch and Stator Replacement

When replacing my A/C Compressor Clutch and Stator, I realized that mine was a little different than other writeups.. I only had to remove the 10mm shaft bolt, snap ring on the compressor, and a snap ring on the stator to have it all come off.

Make sure to note how snap rings come off and how they need to be re-installed. They are not bi-directional and they need to be installed in the correct orientation.

Finally installed the Doug Thorley Headers and Catback system. I can say, I am very impressed with how well everything is made. I've bought several other exhaust components over the years for various vehicles, and even a full race exhaust for my last Tundra; the Doug Thorley kit blows it out of the water, its well made from the front all the way to the back.

Used factory Toyota Exhaust gaskets, replaced the studs and nuts with new factory hardware while I was at it. Toyota recommends replacing the studs and nuts if you replace the factory manifolds anyway. Decided to use the factory Toyota exhaust gaskets because I've had better luck with them on previous header installs over the years on LC's and Tundra's.

My only gripe, the driver side pipe that comes off the cat and over the transfer case is too close the the underside of the body. I had to crawl under my truck again and loosen all the hardware and get on it with a pry bar after it was all installed to get it to stop vibrating on the under body. I also installed reflective aluminized tape to avoid any unnecessary heat transfer through the floor.

Other than that, it sounds amazing and it really makes that V8 come alive. It definitely catches bystanders by surprise when accelerating from a stoplight or on the highway.
