2000 LC high beams not working.

Weirdly our hi beams stopped working.
2000lc
Blue indicator light works fine.
Low beams work fine.
Checked the 2 hi beams fuses next to battery.
Switch obviously is working as the blue indicator light comes on... I think these work by increasing the voltage to the bulbs for HI?

Stumped
Anyone else had this issue before?

Aren't the bulbs just one filament and the voltage increases to increase the brightness?
I assumed that if the low beams work then the bulbs are ok
..if not then that's what I'll do lol!
