2000 4Runner Valve Problem

Sucks indeed, still waiting on one of my best guys to take a look at it. About $1800 and still no luck.

Finally figured it out, cam was improperly re-installed and not aligned right. These trucks have a 2 part spring loaded cam. Truck runs and drives perfect!!!!

5000 miles on the 4Runner repair and no issues. She runs great. Be very careful when re-installing the cams on these rigs.

I have a toyota part number somehwere that you buy the adapter to go on the fuel rail and the can of cleaner. I have not priced it out yet.
