There's three grades of 2.5" wide Icons for our trucks that I know of (there's also 2.0" wide shocks but I'm leaving those out of this discussion for the moment) - I'm going with the no remote-reservoir setup (their least-expensive setup) which are part #s 58660 for the front and 57625P for the rear. Those alone on my invoice total to $1628.43 because I found a highly-discounted new-in-box set for the front from Metaltech 4x4.
The mid-grade (reservoirs but no CDCV - 10 levels of compression adjustment), #s 58760 front and 57825P rear go for MSRP from Icon's site at $2813.85, so I imagine you're finding a vendor that can get you those around $2600?
Their high-end set with CDCV, #s 58760C front and 57825CP rear, are $3359.63 MSRP, so considering that Slee's pricing his BP-51 set at $3400 including KDSS relocation brackets and UCAs, the BP-51s on the high-end with both compression and rebound adjustments are very competitive.
There are also a bunch of Icon kits out there that have lots of "Stage" names in them - mine would be known as their "Stage 1" - but keep in mind they would be happy to sell you their CDCV shocks + their (expensive) UCAs + lower trailing arms for
$5600 or so, so it can add up quick.
I'm going to start with the Stage 1 Icon setup and see how happy or unhappy I end up. Maybe I'll find I need the "overkill" units after all, but I like to hope that most multi-thousand dollar suspension setups ought to be pretty good...
