1ST Gen Taco Help Wanted

I recently bought a first gen tacoma 4x4 with the 3.4 v6 mt, and I will be posting various questions on here as i go along. Right now I am interested in finding out how many splines are on my front CV axles as well as my rear diff.

Also, i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to what locker i should put in the rear end, air locker is out of the budget so im looking at the lockrite along with some new chromolly axle shafts.

Welcome, I also have a 1st gen Taco. Not sure on the Spline count... Tacoma World is another forum that has a lot of Tacoma specific info.

As for what locker, If you can find the factory E-locker in a junk yard I think it is the best cheap option. My E-locker has worked well for me.
