Being old, I'm really into that retro look of stuff, I feel like battleborn has accomplished that with their new wheels.. so I scored a set from them. Had to test fit them. I think they look killer.

Tight fit and lots of welding up front. Also threw together a new crossmember just cuz it seemed more fitting.

I absolutely hate the square transition lights toyota and chevy did back in the day. So some ebay shopping later on went the round ligh bezels and cut down an aftermarket grill so everything would fit.

Had to relocate body mount for core support. I'm also alittle add and get bored quickly so I jumped to the bed and made a spare tire mount and moved the gas tank again lol

I also got the calipers mounted on 14bolt while I was back there.

Got bumpstops on, some front support tubes and fit fenders and checked tire clearance again.

It was time to pull cage weld and paint.. also while it was on ground added light bar and protection tubing. Oh and some more bumstop work

Cage back on and finished out the bumper and shackle mounts. I like how the tail gate tubing is symmetrical to the x at cab.. my ocd i guess lol. Also cut off the bedsides for mounting

So made a battery box to relocate battery down on frame , installed winch, painted fenders and finished bolting bedsides on

So the gas tank looked like crap and was having rust in fuel issues (go figure) so ordered a plastic tank and began the mod.

It's been out a few times, it's working well. Been really pleased with it. I also added lce carb spacer.. their claims of 6hp are legit.

Right on. It's pretty hard for me to not like anything with swampers, but this really turned out bitchin! Love the front tube work an how you hid it behind the fender.
