1st Gen 79-83 rear brake springs - help!

Stupidly, I didn't take photos of where the springs go on the rear brakes of my 1982 Hilux LN46. I figured I'd remember. After having to wait a number of weeks to get parts, I've now forgotten where they go. Stupid mistake.

The Gregorys repair manual I have doesn't go into detail about this either.

Anyway, if you could post up as many photos as you can of the 79-83 setup it would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Thanks. Hmm... that possibly shows me where two of the springs go, but I have no idea about the third. Strange that the image you posted shows both sides being the same. Mine would look almost right if the image of the right wheel were mirrored.

I think I see where the two longer springs go, but no idea about the short thick one...

I got the springs on now, thanks for the info. The third spring was for the hand brake lever on the back of the backing plate.
