Gday, how did it work out?

Hey. I actually just finished a fews ago. its not my daily driver so iv been working on it slowly and putting it off. But Im finally done.

So far so good. I was using a boost controller but i did not to put it in. Im just not sure how to do all the fine toning. I also had the power rod mod done. maybe someone could tell me how to toon it. How to adjust the fuel and what psi i should be running.

I stole a volkswagon boost compensating top plate that has the smoke screw and installed onto my 2L-T. Way more adjustment than just the 360 degrees like in the video above. I believe the cummings used this same top plate too. I didn't grind the bottom of my plunger. You just have to push the connecting rod in via a small screw driver before dropping the plunger back in. Make sure to be ready for a run away when adjusting the max fuel screw as mine did. Runs like a champ now. There are lots of you tube videos to adjust the fueling on a rotary pump. jUst do a search. Most rotary IP pumps are the same, well at least the ones i've ran into are. volks, yota, cummings, rover, mercedes.
