You can run an older hydro a442f that came in the diesel, manual swap.

I doubt the ecu in your truck will control yours with no input from the engine.

this engine came from an auto 80. it has the TPS on top of the IP.

im far from a expert on auto transmissions. they are a box of black magic and trickery..
